FairDeal Hotels allows each Partner (Hotel, Farmhouse, Villa, Vehicle Owner) to configure their own cancellation and refund rules. The policies set by the Partner in the Partner Panel will automatically apply to all bookings for that property.
Cancellation refunds, if any, will be calculated only on the booking value and applicable taxes, as per the cancellation policy. Platform service charges, commission and GST on such charges are non-refundable, even in cases of 100% cancellation.
Partner-Defined Cancellation Policy Blackout DatesPartners can define multiple cancellation slabs based on hours before check-in and corresponding customer refund percentage.
Example: (1) 0–3 hours before check-in → 0% refund, (2) 3–6 hours before check-in → 20% refund
The policy visible on the booking page and voucher will always follow the latest settings saved by the Partner.
Refund % and Hours are fully customizable by the Partner. Cancellation charges are auto-calculated based on the time difference between customer cancellation time and scheduled check-in time. The platform will follow the Partner’s saved settings without modification.
Non-Refundable Days (Month-wise Weekends)Partners may add Blackout Dates during which no cancellation or refund is permitted. Any booking falling fully or partially under blackout dates will be treated as Non-Refundable. The system will show these blackout periods during booking to avoid disputes.
No-Show PolicyPartners can define month-wise:
(1) Saturday Non-Refundable (2)Sunday Non-Refundable
If a booking includes a non-refundable day, whether check-in or stay day, the booking becomes fully Non-Refundable.
Refund TimelinesIf the guest does not arrive at the property/vehicle pick-up point without prior cancellation: (1) The booking is marked as No-Show. (2) No refund is applicable for that booking.
Final AuthorityRefund will take 3–4 working days post release to reflect in the customer’s bank account / payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, weekends, or public holidays.
