These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between FairDeal Hotels (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any person (“User” / “Guest” / “You”) who inquires about, books, or uses any of our services (Hotels, Farmhouses, Villas, Vehicles).
By making a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them in full, you should not proceed with any booking or use.
EligibilityThe primary guest making a booking must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you take on responsibility for informing that person about these Terms and ensuring their compliance.
Services & OfferingsOur services include (but are not limited to) accommodation (hotel rooms, villas, farmhouses), and vehicles (for hire/rent) — collectively referred to as “Services”.
Descriptions, photos, amenities, room/vehicle types, availability, pricing and other information provided on our website or other platforms/communication are for reference only and based on data provided by us or service‑partners.
Booking & ConfirmationAll bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a booking voucher or confirmation from us and make the required payment (if applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect details, over‑booking, or other legitimate reasons).
Payment, Pricing & TaxesBooking is “Prepaid” (full payment in advance), and the price quoted at the time of booking may change until payment is confirmed; only after confirmation is price locked.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, service‑charges, or fees associated with the booking as per relevant laws.
For vehicle rentals: you may be required to provide a valid driving licence (as applicable)
Check‑in, Check‑out, and Use of ServicesCheck-in / check-out times, early-check-in / late- checkout, and any additional services (meals, room‑service, laundry, internet, extra services, fuel, tolls, driver/driver‑allowances etc.) depend on property / vehicle / owner policies. Any such extras must be paid directly to the property or vehicle owner.
You must carry valid identity proof (and any required licenses or documentation) at check‑in/rental. Failure to present valid documents may lead to denial of check-in or rental.
The service provider (hotel, villa owner, vehicle owner) has the sole right of admission or refusal.
User’s Responsibilities & ConductYou agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking (name, identity proof details, contact information, number of guests, dates, etc.).
You agree to abide by the rules, regulations or policies of the property or vehicle owner (house rules, safety rules, usage rules, occupancy limits, noise restrictions, local laws, etc.).
You are responsible for any damage to property or vehicle caused by you or your companions during stay/use. Any such damage may be charged by the property/owner.
You are responsible for your belongings and valuables during stay or transport; the Company is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.
Cancellation, Refunds & ModificationsCancellation, refund and modification terms will depend on the policy communicated at the time of booking. These may vary depending on the property or vehicle owner, and may include non-refundable fees, partial refunds, or full refunds as appropriate.
If a booking is cancelled by us (for example due to unavailability, over‑booking, fraud suspicion, etc.), we will either:
(1)Offer a similar alternate accommodation/vehicle (if available), or (2)Refund the amount paid (as per payment method), to the extent possible.
FairDeal Hotels acts only as a facilitator/platform for booking or arranging services; the actual contract for accommodation or vehicle rental is between you and the owner/provider.
We do not guarantee or warrant the standard of services, amenities, cleanliness, safety, punctuality, or other expectations. Any discrepancy between information (photos, descriptions) and actual conditions should be raised directly with the property or provider — we are not liable for such differences.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages (loss of profits, data, personal belongings, comfort, opportunity, travel disruption, etc.) arising out of or related to your booking or use of services.
In case of dispute, our liability (if any) will be limited to refunding the amount paid for the booking (if received).
IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FairDeal Hotels, its employees, affiliates, agents, representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, inaccurate information, or wrongful actions by you or your guests.
Changes to Terms & ConditionsWe reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable will be the one in effect at the time of booking or confirmation.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
MiscellaneousUse of any services by third parties (on your behalf) will require that you inform such persons of these Terms and ensure their compliance.
Any special requests (early check‑in, late check‑out, additional services, extra guests, special amenities) are subject to availability and owner’s discretion.
You agree not to misuse our platform or services (fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity, sharing/publishing false information, attempting to transfer or resell bookings).
