1.   The rental period is calculated based on a 08-hour cycle, starting from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM the following day. Any extension beyond 08-hour will incur an additional charge.

2.   Alcohol consumption, smoking, or engaging in illegal activities in vehicle is prohibited.

3.   Abusive language, physical violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate ride termination and possible legal action.

4.   Booking changes or extensions must be communicated to our support helpline. If not done so; due charges shall be applied for the changes.

5.   A replacement vehicle will only be provided if the original vehicle is deemed non-drivable.

6.   Fairdeal operates as a car rental marketplace. Disputes between the hirer and vendor must be resolved directly in any given situation Fairdeal is not responsible.

7.   Bookings are confirmed once the customer receives confirmation. Cancellation fees apply, amounting to 100% of the advance. Customer can cancel to initiate full refund of the advance payment only 72 hours prior to customer’s booking.

8.   Customers must provide accurate booking information. We are not responsible for lost belongings or delays.

9.   Taxation: All prices mentioned in the brochure, product listings, quotations, or any other communication are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A GST of 5% shall be levied on the total value of goods and/or services at the time of checkout in accordance with the applicable provisions under Indian taxation laws.

10.Terms & Conditions may be updated. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
