1.    The rental period is calculated based on a 24-hour cycle, starting from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the following day. Any rental extension beyond 10:30 AM will incur an additional full-day charge.

2.    Pickup or drop-off between 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM will incur an additional charge of Rs. 300, to be borne by the hirer.

3.    Driver fees for delivery and pickup are determined based on the location of service.

4.    The hirer must possess a valid Indian Driving License.

5.    An original photo ID (Aadhaar, EPIC, or Driving License) must be submitted for security purposes. It will be returned upon the vehicle's safe return.

6.    The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Refueling costs for shortages will be deducted from the security deposit. No refunds will be initiated to the hirer in case of excess fuel while the hirer is returning the vehicle.

7.    Vehicles are to be used exclusively within the state of Daman. Outstation use requires prior permission. In case the hirer crosses Daman borders without prior permission in any given situation; security deposit shall be deducted and not refunded while returning the vehicle at the end of the trip.

8.    Vehicles are for on-road use only and must not be driven off-road.

9.    The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

10. Customer Guidelines:

Alcohol consumption, smoking, or engaging in illegal activities in the rental vehicle is prohibited.

Abusive language, physical violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate ride termination and possible legal action.

11. Vehicles must only be parked in designated areas. Fines or penalties for improper parking will be the responsibility of the hirer.

12. A refundable security deposit, depending on the vehicle, will be refunded upon the vehicle's safe return.

13. Fines, challans, or penalties during the rental period are the hirer's responsibility.

14. Customers are encouraged to capture a video of the vehicle's condition during delivery and return for transparency.

15. Booking changes or extensions must be communicated to our support helpline. If not done so; due charges shall be applied for the changes.

16. Note: Photos of vehicles are for reference only, and specific features may vary based on availability.

17. A replacement vehicle will only be provided if the original vehicle is deemed non-drivable.

18. Fairdealtrip operates as a car/bike rental marketplace. Disputes between the hirer and vendor must be resolved directly in any given situation Fairdeatrip is not responsible.

19. Bookings are confirmed once the customer receives confirmation. Cancellation fees apply, amounting to 100% of the advance. Customer can cancel to initiate full refund of the advance payment only 72 hours prior to customer’s booking pick-up time in form of Fairdealtrip in your Fairdealtrip wallet.

20. Customers must provide accurate booking information. We are not responsible for lost belongings or delays.

21. Disclaimer: Fairdealtrip is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from service usage.

22. Taxation: All prices mentioned in the brochure, product listings, quotations, or any other communication are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A GST of 5% shall be levied on the total value of goods and/or services at the time of checkout in accordance with the applicable provisions under Indian taxation laws.

23. Terms & Conditions may be updated. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
